The Union Springs Area Private Collection Plantation map is the first of its kind in Alabama. Also known as the "Field Trial Capital of the World", Union Springs has a long history with great land stewards, who for generations have managed these lands for wildlife and recreation throughout the Black Belt Region. Featuring properties from the private collection of Jon Kohler, developed over a 27 year career specializing in plantation brokerage and conservation, this map shows the iconic plantations first developed here to recently developed high quality recreational properties. This is the third map in the series covering all seven "Plantation Belts." This map is released to help show the importance of these private properties and celebrate the sporting lifestyle.
