Returns and Exchanges
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kevin's Catalog. The following terms and conditions constitute our Return Policy:
Most items may be returned (with original boxes and tags, unused, unaltered, unwashed and accompanied by the purchase invoice) within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, credit or exchange. Kevin’s will not accept returns after 30 days. Returned items must be shipped prepaid through a trackable carrier to be able to validate delivery. Sorry, COD shipments are not accepted. Return and exchange shipping costs are at customer's expense, unless through an error on our part. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Valuable items should be insured. Merchandise that has been personalized (hemmed, engraved, monogrammed, etc.) cannot be returned. Scopes, binoculars and electronics are non-returnable. There is a 15% restocking fee for items with damaged retail packaging. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your refund/exchange.
Clearance items discounted greater than 40% are non-refundable.
