The Albany Area is often referred to as a "quail capital of the world" and boasts some of the South's most beautiful privately held properties. Featuring properties from the private collection of Jon Kohler, developed over a 27 year career specializing in plantation brokerage and conservation, this map shows the iconic quail plantations first developed here in the early 1900's to recently developed high quality recreational properties. This is the second map in the series covering all seven "Plantation Belts." This map is released to help show the importance of these private properties and celebrate the sporting lifestyle. This Private Collection Map is available only through Kevins. Portions of the proceeds go to benefit Tall Timbers Research Station & Land Conservancy.
