The Forest Feast Mediterranean, the 4th book in the Forest Feast series (released Fall 2019). The book chronicle’s Erin’s 3-month family trip through Spain, Italy, France and Portugal. She took photos and recipe notes along the way that were the inspiration for this vegetarian cookbook that focuses on plant-forward small plates. The 100+ Mediterranean-style recipes are presented in her usual, visual style with full-color photos and watercolors on every page.
