Kevin’s is thrilled to announce the launch of ticket sales for the highly anticipated 9th Annual Southern Game Fair, set to take place from November 6th to November 8th, 2025. Check out our new schedule of activities.
Here’s a rundown of the events:
Thursday, November 6th: Join us for the Quail Bash cocktail party at 6pm, held at the Sugar Hill Barn at Pebble Hill Plantation. It’s going to be a fantastic start to the festivities!
Friday, November 7th: Experience Kevin’s 9th Annual Game Fair at the stunning Chinquapin Plantation. Gates open at 10:00 a.m and the event ends at 3:00 p.m. This day will be packed with exciting demonstrations, a delicious lunch, various vendors, and much more.

Friday Morning Pre-Game Fair:
This year, we are offering two off-site activities that you can participate in on Friday morning from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Take your pick between a gun safety and shooting instruction session (choose from handgun, shotgun, or rifle) at the Ranges at Oakfield with guns provided or a wagon tour of Tall Timbers.

Friday Night: Red Hills Farm to Table Dinner 6:30pm to 10pm at Sugar Hill Barn at Pebble Hill Plantation. Bus transportation provided from the Marriott Downtown Thomasville at 5:45pm

Saturday, November 8th: Shooting Demonstrations at the Ranges At Oakfield from 9:00am to 12:00p.m. Premium vendors on site: Kevin’s, Holland & Holland, Beretta, Benelli USA, Caesar Guerini, Syren USA, Gunwerks, and Christensen Firearms. Come and enjoy spending time with representatives from these fine companies and demoing their firearms, (guns and ammunition provided).

Last year, the event raised over $98,000 for Tall Timbers Research Station and to date has raised $700,000 to preserve the Bobwhite quail woods. Tickets are limited for this event, so we recommend signing up now and booking your accommodations as soon as possible.
