Designed by resident Maestro Dario Cortini to the scale of fine shotgun sidelocks, these special knives of surgical Inox stainless steel are made in the Val Trompia region of Italy. Each knife is engraved with Dario's exclusive design for Kevin's featuring a Labrador game scene.
