Game Fair 2026 Launch & Press Release
Kevin’s is excited to launch the 10th Annual Kevin’s Game Fair which will take place on November 5th to 7th!
Last year, the event raised $120,000 for Tall Timbers Research Station. This critical funding will advance research, habitat management, and conservation efforts essential to sustaining wild bobwhite quail across the Southeast.
Tickets are limited for this event, so we recommend signing up now and booking your accommodation as soon as possible. More special activities will be added soon, including a Limited Red Hills Dinner Friday evening.
Event Schedule:

Thursday, November 5 – Kickoff Cocktail Party
We begin with an elegant cocktail party at Sugar Hill Barn at Pebble Hill, an evening of Southern hospitality, live music, delicious regional food (no dinner required), oyster bar, open bar and camaraderie under the pines. Enjoy mingling with sports minded friends from all over the US and many of Kevin’s vendor partners.

Friday, November 6 – Conservation & Game Fair
8:00 AM: WAGON TOUR Join us for a field tour at Tall Timbers to see the work of the Red Hills' premier research station studying bobwhite quail and other rare and threatened species, fire-dependent ecosystems and applied land management strategies.

10:00 AM: Chinquapin Plantation Game Fair opens, featuring:
- A floral design workshop
- Quail wagon rides
- Electric bike demos
- Fly tying
- Bourbon & craft brew tastings

- Sporting art, apparel, and outdoor lifestyle shopping

Saturday, November 8 – Firearm Demos at the Ranges at Oakfield
From 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, test and talk firearms with some of the finest gunmakers in the world:
