Inspired by ancient Tibetan thangkas and prayer flags, this design centers on the mythical Wind Horse, a symbol of strength and spiritual vitality in Tibetan mythology. The galloping horse is adorned with a traditional saddle, featuring a Tibetan tiger rug as its saddle cloth and dzi beads decorating its trappings. Along the top and bottom borders, detailed stirrups cradle Ga’u boxes, each holding a charm for prosperity and protection.

On the horse’s back rides a mongoose vomiting jewels, a sign of good fortune, alongside the flaming, wish-fulfilling jewel, bringing peace, wealth, and harmony. In the corners, four carved charms represent the garuda, dragon, tiger, and snow lion—the animals of the cardinal directions. Beneath the horse lies a bed of stylized lotus petals, while arcing prayer flags symbolize blessings carried by the wind. Completing the composition, Tibetan script reads tashi delek, an auspicious greeting meaning “good luck and good health.”
