ShockEater® Recoil Pads Now Available at Kevin’s

From a morning in the quail woods to an afternoon on the sporting clays course, comfort at the shoulder matters. Repeated recoil can take your attention away from the shooting experience—and the next opportunity.

Kevin’s now carries ShockEater® Recoil Pads in stores and online. Designed to fit all Kevin’s shooting shirts, these thin, lightweight inserts bring advanced recoil management to your favorite field attire.

Advanced Nano-Poly™ Technology

The heart of the ShockEater recoil pad is proprietary Nano-Poly™ technology, an impact-absorbing material engineered to dissipate energy and reduce peak felt recoil.

This specialized material absorbs recoil energy within the pad, delivering performance in a remarkably slim design. At just 8mm thick and 1.4 ounces, ShockEater adds shoulder protection with minimal bulk, preserving the appearance of your shooting shirt.

Whether you enjoy sporting clays, trap, skeet, or upland hunting, the benefit is straightforward: added comfort that helps you keep your attention on your technique and your target.

A Flexible Fit for the Shoulder

Recoil management involves more than cushioning alone. The way a pad rests against your shoulder also matters.

ShockEater’s flexible, conforming design follows the shoulder’s natural contours, helping maintain consistent contact between the shoulder and the gun. That flexibility helps accommodate proper gun fit, including the pitch and toe angles of the stock.

For shooters spending extended time at the range or in the field, this combination of energy absorption and a conforming fit can help make repeated shooting more comfortable.

Fits All Kevin’s Shooting Shirts

A practical addition to your sporting wardrobe, the ShockEater recoil pad fits the interior recoil pad pocket in every Kevin’s shooting shirt. Explore our men’s shooting shirts, women’s shooting shirts, and children’s shooting shirts to find your next field favorite.

Its removable design makes it easy to transfer between shirts throughout the season. Each American-made pad measures 6½ inches by 3½ inches, offering a convenient way to add recoil management to the shirts you already enjoy wearing.

To install, slide the pad into the designated pocket inside your shirt. Position the smooth side against your body, with the ShockEater logo at the bottom, facing outward. Remove the pad before laundering or dry cleaning your garment.
