The Kevin’s Southern Game Fair offers its guests a taste of the sporting culture of the Red Hills and promotes the beautiful lifestyle of hunting. This year we are proud to announce a beautiful culinary experience, please join us for a one-of-a-kind evening at the Rosemary Camphouse, one of the region’s most exclusive and private properties, on Friday, November 6th while enjoying a gourmet, farm to table experience provided by chef Michael Hunter and Jesse Edmunds Seven Hills Hospitality Group, highlighting the delights the Red Hills has to offer, as well as cocktails, a wine pairing and transportation to and from Rosemary from the Marriott Courtyard, Thomasville, Georgia.

Rosemary is located in the heart of the Red Hills and dates back to the early 1890’s. Originally named Susina, the antebellum property was developed into one of the earliest game bird hunting estates in the Red Hills. It remained a working quail hunting property and farm until the 1960’s when half the original estate was sold to a commercial timber growing company. In 2003, the owners had the opportunity to unite the land and began their partnership with Tall Timbers to execute a comprehensive and intensive management plan that restored the quail woods through the reintroduction of prescribed fire, hardwood control, pine savanna recovery and other disciplined management. In 2005, the entire property was put under a Tall Timbers conservation easement. This easement is one of the larges held in the region.
