Join Us for the 9th Annual Kevin’s Game Fair – A Celebration of the Sporting Life & Quail Season  

Kevin’s Fine Outdoor Gear & Apparel invites you to the 9th Annual Game Fair, taking place November 6–8, 2025, in Thomasville, Georgia. This three-day event celebrates the best of the outdoor lifestyle, thanks to the support of our generous sponsors, vendors and guests, a community that values hunting traditions, conservation and celebrating in the great outdoors. 

Proceeds from this year's Game Fair will benefit Tall Timbers, a leader in land management, wild quail research, and prescribed fire ecology throughout the Red Hills region. 

Event Schedule

Thursday, November 6 – Kickoff Cocktail Party 

We begin with an elegant cocktail party at Sugar Hill Barn at Pebble Hill, an evening of Southern hospitality, live music, delicious regional food (no dinner required), oyster bar, open bar and camaraderie under the pines. Enjoy mingling with sports minded friends from all over the US and many of Kevin’s vendor partners. 

Friday, November 7 – Conservation & Game Fair 

8:30 AM: Join Tall Timbers for a wagon tour through the quail woods, where guests will learn about wild quail management, the role of fire in the ecosystem, and habitat conservation. 

10:00 AM: Game Fair opens, featuring: 

• A floral design workshop
• Quail wagon rides
• Electric bike demos
• Fly tying
• Bourbon & craft brew tastings
• Live cooking & hunting dog demonstrations
• Sporting art, apparel, and outdoor lifestyle shopping 

Saturday, November 8 – Firearm Demos at the Ranges at Oakfield
