Availability: Please place orders early, some items have limited quantities.
Return policy: Any item may be returned (with original boxes and tags, unused, unaltered, unwashed and accompanied by the purchase invoice) within 30 days of receipt, for a refund, credit or exchange. Additionally, any merchandise that arrives damaged may be returned, per the instructions noted on this form. Items returned after 30 days require that you call customer service at 1-888-671-6048 and speak with our Returns Department for further instructions. Items returned after the 30-day period will be on an inspection basis only. Returned items must be shipped prepaid through a trackable carrier to be able to validate delivery. Sorry, COD shipments are not accepted. Return and exchange shipping costs are at customer’s expense, unless through an error on our part. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Valuable items should be insured. Merchandise that has been personalized (hemmed, engraved, monogrammed, used, washed, etc.) can not be returned. Scopes and electronics are non-returnable. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items shipped in their branded boxes which make the item unsellable.
Hemming Policy: Hemmed items may not be returned, as once a garment has been customized, it cannot be resold. If you are unsure about an item, please don’t request hemming.
